Native level communication skill in Thai, as well as a high level of expertise, is essential to be successful in Thailand. He handles all business matters in Thai by himself, including MTG with the client's local managers, communicating with the authorities, and tax audits.
Since the establishment of “JGA Tax Corporation (Japan Corporation)” in 2023, he has been dedicating himself to support clients’ parent companies in Japan.
His areas of expertise include Thai accounting, tax, labor consultation, internal control, foreign subsidiary management, various DD, BOI consultation, handling in Thai, and more.

Shigeo Harashima
With the corporate philosophy of “providing services that would please as many clients as possible”, he founded Harashima Accounting Office, the predecessor of JGA Tax Corporation, in 2006.
He provides financial, accounting, and tax consulting services for a wide range of businesses, from sole proprietorships to publicly listed companies, with a detailed, client-oriented approach that places no limits on the scope of his work.
In the preriod of change starting in 2010, he was determined to have the potential to play an active role worldwide in the future. After establishment of J Glocal Accounting Co., Ltd. with Mr. Sakata in 2013, he has been supporting clients from both Japan and Thai perspectives.
His areas of expertise include management consulting, inbound support, international tax consulting, IPO support, and more.
